Thank you for shopping with Yuvigo. We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Since our products are made and fulfilled through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Qikink, each order is specially prepared after you place it.


1. Order Processing & Production Time

All orders are processed and sent for production within 24 Hours of successful payment.

As our products are made to order, production and fulfillment typically take:

  • 2-4 Business Days

During high-demand periods, festivals, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Methods

We currently offer:

  • Standard Prepaid Shipping across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

All orders must be paid online using the payment methods available at checkout.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Production & Fulfillment 2-4 Business Days
Shipping & Delivery 3-7 Business Days
Total Delivery Time 5-11 Business Days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.

Remote or rural locations may require additional time.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and displayed before payment.

We may occasionally offer:

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹499

  • Promotional free shipping campaigns

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown during checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number

  • A tracking link

You can track your shipment using the information provided.

6. Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect shipping information

If there is a significant delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed.

  • The package may be returned to us.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address after placing an order.


8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to answer courier calls

the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.


9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 Hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Photos of the damaged package or item (if applicable)

  • Description of the issue

We will coordinate with our fulfillment and shipping partners to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


10. International Shipping

At this time, Yuvigo ships only within India.

We currently do not offer international shipping.


11. Order Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
