At Yuvigo, every product is made specially for you after you place an order. As a print-on-demand store powered by our fulfillment partner, Qikink, all products are custom-produced upon purchase.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. No Returns & No Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color or design

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delay in delivery caused by courier services

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings

  • Customer preference after receiving the product

Please review product descriptions, size charts, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrectly printed product

  • A product different from what you ordered

please contact us within 7 Days of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Description of the issue

3. Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

  • A free replacement product, or

  • A full refund, depending on the situation.

Replacement orders typically require:

  • 2-4 Business Days for production.

  • 3-7 Business Days for shipping.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged or defective and cannot be replaced.

  • The wrong product was delivered and a replacement is unavailable.

  • The order is lost in transit and cannot be delivered.

Approved refunds will be processed within:

5-7 Business Days

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.


5. Return Shipping

In most cases involving damaged or defective products, we may not require the item to be physically returned. Instead, photographic evidence may be sufficient.

If a return is required, we will provide instructions accordingly.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges only if the return request falls outside the conditions mentioned in this policy.


6. Order Cancellations

Because all products are custom-made after an order is placed, cancellations are only possible if production has not yet begun.

Once your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.


7. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Failure to accept delivery

  • Failure to respond to courier attempts

may not be eligible for a refund, and additional shipping charges may apply if re-shipment is requested.
